How many times a week should i pole dance?

At first, for a while it may be a good idea to do just one class a week if you are not very used to physical activity, but soon they should become two, which is the ideal frequency for a beginner-intermediate level to gain technique and strength quickly but without too much effort if you are not an athlete. As a new pole dancer, for your first 3 months, you should try to practice or attend a class once a week. Once you reach this level, you'll discover that pole dancing is a piece of cake and is no longer a hard exercise. This routine is suitable for hardworking people who practice pole dancing as a hobby or exercise to strengthen their bodies.

As for how often you should practice when you're at an intermediate level, you can surely practice at least twice a week, with at least one free training session, if you're really trying to improve your pole game. If you are already physically active, you should also consider your other workouts besides practicing pole dancing, being careful not to overdo it. Meanwhile, adept or intermediate pole dancers have become accustomed to pole dancing and also want to devote more time to this activity. When your skills have progressed and you enjoy pole dancing more, consider adjusting your training program and increasing your time accordingly.

It also helps you develop a disciplined attitude, an essential characteristic of any excellent pole dancer or student. The pole dance training routine of an expert pole dancer and a beginner is not the same, and it shouldn't be. Like learning a foreign language or musical instrument, pole dancing requires a lot of time and effort to practice to master it. Considering that pole dancing is a very intense form of exercise that exercises your muscles in ways that you probably haven't done before, it's common to be careful when it comes to overworking.

I started learning to dance when I was 10 years old and, as I grew older, I became more and more interested in different types of dance, especially pole dancing. Since you're now an advanced-level pole dancer, you should try to make your warm-ups and pole conditioning more challenging. Before my first pole dancing performance as part of a Halloween show, I practiced every day for the week before. In this way, your body will slowly adapt to pole dancing and will get used to this habit, thus generating more willpower.
